The Recon is a sand rail style two-seater built for open ground — not a track go-kart with a cage bolted to it. Two motors put down 20 kW continuous and 40 kW peak, which is the same powertrain maths as the Hunter, in a chassis meant to be driven hard across terrain rather than ridden over it.
Three to four battery bays sit at 45 degrees. It ships with two packs and the remaining bays deliberately empty, because the packs are the expensive part and there is no reason to make you buy all of them on day one. Add a third when you want longer days. Add a fourth when you want a weekend.
Roll cage and light bar are standard. The cage, frame, suspension and wheels stay black on every machine we build — only the panel set changes colour, which is what makes custom graphics affordable rather than exotic.
